Tiffany Neill is the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction at the Oklahoma State Department of Education, with over twelve years of experiences with leadership, research and practice in curriculum and instruction. She leads the Office of Curriculum and Instruction, which assists with policies and programs to improve curriculum and instruction. Under her leadership, the office leads the review and revision of state standards, curriculum frameworks and instructional materials adoption. Her team provides leadership and support in the areas of early childhood education, including early literacy as well as support for mathematics, English language arts, science, social studies, computer science, fine arts, world languages, education technology, personal financial literacy, physical education, health and wellness and gifted and talented education.  Additionally, her team manages Title IIA and Title IVA funds.

Before assuming her current role, Tiffany served as the Director of Science and Engineering Education leading several efforts to promote Science and STEM education including the revision of the state science standards, the development of a state strategic plan for STEM and the development of the Oklahoma STEM Framework. She is also the Past- President for the Council of State Science Supervisors, an organization comprised of state leaders for science education. Tiffany is the Co-Principle Investigator for the National Science Foundation Project, ACESSE, working directly with thirteen states to promote equity and coherence in state science education systems. In addition to her work at the state and national level, Tiffany is completing a Ph.D. in science curriculum and instruction at the University of Oklahoma.
